    Michael and his crew are truly wonderful. They are kind, funny, reasonably priced, incredibly knowledge, do excellent work, and have very competitive pricing. We had them clean two of our rugs. Both were in bad shape - dirty and stinky (thanks to many years of living with dogs). Michael called us after they had been cleaned and asked if we would like him to fix the hole in one of the rugs. He also suggested we cut the "frills" off the edges to better maintain the rug. If you have rugs and want them to look great without costing you way too much money, and have some laughs thrown in for free, this is the place to go!

    They don't look particularly open from the front.... but in the back is a complete rug repair and cleaning facility. They do it right on sight. It's old school: paper receipts, numbered hang tags for each carpet. But they did a fine job on my rug at a good price (I dropped it off rather than have them pickup/deliver). The owner is there most of the time, and is gruff with an odd sense of humor.... but straightforward and knows rugs & cleaning. Whatever you got, he can get it done.

An old Persian, a very dirty all cotton rag rug, a 100 percent wool rug and a modern polyester rug.........they all came out beautifully!
