I immediately called Micheal in a panic as the insurance inspector found mold. Micheal was amazing! Within a few hours of my panicked call about the damage to my orientals Micheal arrived to my rescue! He was reassuring and confident on being able to restore them, and so extra helpful by offering to keep the carpets for me until all the repairs to my home could be completed. On top of all that Micheal not only comes and picks up the rugs but returns them to your home as well. Phenomenal service.
